Full description
A lace stitch wrap in a fine ivory cotton yarn with a gold metallic thread running through it. A lovely accessory for a summer wedding or ball, the stole could then be used for parties or as a scarf.
Hand-knitted in a simple lace pattern, the stole drapes beautifully. A cover-up for elegance,modesty and style rather than warmth.
Dimensions:
Length - 160 cm approx (when draped )
Width - 34 cm approx ( maximum -will reduce slightly under its own weight when draped)
The open lace stitch used to construct this garment may give rise to occasional plucks. If a pluck does occur it may be corrected by laying the garment out on a flat surface and gently easing the stitches back into place. This garment is of a delicate design and intended for careful use on formal occasions.
