Full description
Not one but three top quality yarns in this selection. Hand-dyed by me from my Serendipity range these mercerised cotton threads all come from the same dyebath. This pretty collection is delicately shaded quite randomly. Sage and Pale Apple are combined with touches of Old Rose, Golden Yellow and Lilac to make a very individual selection which will also probably contain more colours. They will surely inspire your day and will stitch beautifully on fabric or canvas.
The yarns are as follows:
Coton a Broder 16, a smooth yarn that is lovely for either embroidery, or quilting, or use it in the sewing machine using a topstitch 100 needle. 30m in the skein.
Cotton Perle 5, a yarn with a delightful sheen, that catches the light on its slighly textured twist. Apart from hand-stitching it can also be used in the machine bobbin for cable stitch. 20m in the skein.
Metallic Perle 5, a really special yarn. There is just a hint of metallic in this cotton yarn, enough for subtle highlights. 20m in the skein.
All are ideal for needlepoint and many other textile and fiber arts.
