6 Orange and Cardamom Truffles made with 40% Ghana Origine Milk Chocolate. Cardamom pods are infused in double cream before being mixed with the milk chocolate and the zest of a fresh orange.

I've been making chocolates for the past two years and generally make chocolates to order using as much as possible fresh locally grown ingredients, this is much easier in the summer of course. I do not use artificial preservatives so shelf life is limited to 4 weeks for products containing alcohol and 2 weeks where fresh ingredients are used, for example, Chilli and Lime.
