To create this lacey look felted wool shawl I ave used soft merino wool roving drizzled and looped to create a holey lacey surface. Many shades of blue from navy to duck egg are combined with warmer purple, red and orange shades located in the central portion of the shawl. The finished piece is a true "one of a kind" piece of art to wear. This scarf measures approx 87" (221cm) long and 16" (41cm) wide and so is long enough to wear as a wrap on a cooler evening, but also not too bulky so it can also be scrunched up around your neck to give a beautiful cowl effect too.
