I live on the Dorset coast where I have a little studio. Walking to the beach is about two minutes away, where I am greeted with all sorts of sights and sounds, from seagulls and fish to fossils and pebbles. It is such a wonderful place to live, you can't help but be inspired.

Hanging Heart Decoration Embroidered Fish Design
This hanging heart decoration was inspired by the seaside where I live on the Dorset Coast. I love living here where I am surrounded by such lovely things.
I have hand stitched this design on heavy linen from Laura Ashley and sewn tiny little fish, sequins and silk on to the design. The heart is then stuffed with soft wadding and then hand stitched by me.
It has a ribbon at the top for you to hang the heart from.
This design is completely unique and original, a one off piece of love for your home.
The dimensions of this embroidered heart are approx 5.5 inches wide by 5.5 inches long or 14cm x 14cm.
