Full description
Multi Colour rainbow striped square baby blanket hand crocheted in easy care acrylic yarn. A change from traditional baby blankets! Also great for when the gender of the baby is kept a surprise!
The blanket is made up with 18 different colours of yarn and has a colour sequence of shades of yellows, greens, blues, purples, pinks, reds and orange. The border is also kept with the rainbow theme and consists of magenta, raspberry, yellow, green and turquoise. It is such a cheerful blanket to look at - I think it is my favourite combination so far :)
Square in shape, the blanket measures approx 36" / 91.5 cm square. A great size and weight to go in a car seat, crib or play pen. When baby gets older and starts exploring, it would be great to put down on the floor to keep them comfortable. Big enough for when they start toddling.
A lot of work and love are put into my blankets, each stripe makes two ends of yarn which I take the time to secure enabling the blanket to last for years.
Made from a high quality soft acrylic yarn, the blanket is machine washable at 40 degrees and will dry quickly on the line or can be put in the tumble dryer on a low heat.
Blankets make great presents - everyone should be best friends with one!
