THE ABOVE CUSHION HAS NOW SOLD. However, I am happy to take custom orders for a similar cushion to your own specification. I have also made another cushion and you can see it in the last photograph.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I can incorporate the names of the bride and groom, date of the wedding and include a small photograph, if so desired. The vintage lace and embroidery would then be arranged around these elements. Please message me if you would like a custom made ring cushion. Each cushion is unique but will always included vintage lace and embroidery.
For the beautiful ring cushion in the photo a background fabric of white linen was used before I collaged and stitched vintage lace and vintage embroidery to the fabric. I added five guipure lace flowers, and stitched a heart made from tussah silk. I then hand stitched cream pearl beads. Two strands of ivory satin ribbon have been placed for securing the wedding rings.
On the edges of this cushion I have stitched some gathered vintage cream lace. On the back of the cushion I have fused and stitched some lovely ivory velvet silk which has a beautiful soft texture.
This ring cushion can be a treasured item for the bride and groom and something to remind them of their special day. It would be suitable for a vintage themed wedding.
PLEASE NOTE the rings in the photograph are not included.
MEASUREMENTS:
The ring cushion is 19cm (7.5ins) x 19cm (7.5ins) square approximately.
