You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Hello!!! I am a designer and illustrator of a range of home ware and Jewellery called Lovely Deer. All my items are made in the UK. I ask that all payments are received within 14 days of confirming your purchase. My preferred method of payment is Paypal, however UK based customers can pay via cheque too, whatever suits you best. Please note your item will not be posted until the payment has been received and cleared. I am based in the U.K. International orders will be done through Royal Mail Airmail. Which should deliver between 3-5 working days. For U.K. Orders I will send them out 2nd class which will take between 2-3 working days. Please get in touch if you would like your item sent by another postage method please let me know which best suits you, I will be happy to give you a quote. I want to to be completely over joyed with your order, so if you are not completely satisfied with your order, for any reason please contact me and I am sure we can work out a solution.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
