Ivy leaves have been used to symbolise strength of life, and the renewing power of nature as they retain their deep, waxy green leaves throughout the year and are particularly visible during the winter. I was particularly struck by the perfect heart shape that this leaf formed.

Full description
This beautiful 999 fine silver ivy leaf pendant is made from a real ivy leaf and hung on a 16" sterling silver chain. I use recycled silver clay to make my leaf jewellery, making these pieces green in more ways than one!
I found this leaf on a recent walk near my home and thought that its perfect heart shape was just crying out to be made into a necklace - perfect as a special gift for a birthday or anniversary or just a treat for yourself. Supplied in a gift box.

In order to protect the natural world in my own small way, I re-use packaging materials wherever possible.
