This is a shabby chic mixed media tree which is supplied in a lightweight unfinished wooden frame.
This is completely hand sewn, the stitches on each leaf are made to be seen giving a naive look to it. Each leaf is hand cut from various fabrics of different colours, some with patterns some not.
This comes ready framed, in a lightweight Ikea frame (so plastic instead of glass) and the frame is unfinished wood, so the grain can be seen. Its not hard to disassemble, so should you want to paint or varnish it, you can with ease. There is a built in hanger in the back of the frame so it can be hung up or there is the option to stand it up.
The frame measures approx. 21 cm x 27 cm
The picture inside measures approx 23 cm x 16 cm
This would make a lovely gift, it would look great on a nursery wall and there are lots of other great places.
Each of these are one of a kind.
I can make to order, make to size... contact me to discuss..
