Lorca - Spanish styling with just a touch of the organic on a classical base, here is a very cute man/woman bag ideal for carrying an 8" tablet around or if you still indulge in the tangible arts, a nice sketchbook and pencils. Measures approximately 9" x 7.25" x 2.5" externally and 8.5" x 6" x 1.5" internally. Made from a fantastic thick piece of hand tooled, veg tan hide leather in a lovely cowboy/whiskey tan colour, and gently aged to give a nice vintage feel. This one is based on the Betjeman, but with the decoration and the organic shaping, has a real Spanish feel so really has to be called Lorca. The bag is one compartment with a tiny Joebobjim pocket under the flap for keeping sims or SD cards safe. This has a ultralong 74" strap, useful if you're either very tall or "well stocked", or uber cool and like your bag swinging at knee height. You can wear it either cross body high or low, or weave through the back strap and wear like a tiny classic rucksack. This is the kind of bag I'd want my imaginary Federico García Lorca to carry his notebook around in whilst walking the streets, soaking up life, only stopping to sketch an idea for a stage set or to scribble a fragment of verse.

I wanted to make a little bag for a tablet or a kindle that looked as though you were carrying some classic piece of kit like binoculars or a sketch book or something and I thought this worked classic veg tan leather was perfect for it.

All bags are guaranteed for one year after purchase against failure of constructional hardware (rivets, buckles, etc) under normal usage, repairs will be carried out free of charge during this time (minus postage). After this time repairs can be carried out on the goods at low cost to the customer. Just contact me.
