I love old books and own a few treasured copies. Sometimes they become so damaged they have missing pages and can no longer be read, so rather than thrown them away I try to use them in my crafts so that at least a little piece of them lives on in another guise.

ACEO Original Illustration, Dragonfly. Size 2.5 Inches x 3.5 Inches
(ACEO - Art Cards, Editions and Originals). These little works of art are highly collectable.
I have created this artwork on a reclaimed page from a damaged vintage book. The illustration is drawn freehand with a fineline ink pen and then shaded with pro markers. The edges have been 'distressed' to give the whole aceo a vintage look.
I will only ever create one of each design/colour, and all my paintings are originals from my own imagination, my interpretation of something I have seen or somewhere I have been.
All items are made and stored in a non smoking and pet free home.
