In China, butterflies have become a symbol for long life and in Japan they are associated with marital bliss. We often think of butterflies as representing a change and new life. The Ancient Greeks believed that they were the souls of those who had passed away.

Full description
This fabulous silver pendant features the fingerprint of a loved one captured in the silver alongside a butterfly on the wing, making this a truly unique way of creating a precious keepsake. A name can also be engraved to compliment the print and an age or date added to the back of the piece.
Measuring approx. 2.5 x 2.5 cm, the pendant is made from fine silver (999) and is supplied on a sterling silver (925) chain (16/18" please state length required when ordering). It comes in a gift box. To comply with current regulations, this item will be hallmarked prior to delivery. UK Delivery is by Royal Mail Special Guaranteed service.
It is quick, easy and clean to capture the fingerprint with my postal kit which will be sent out within 3 working days of payment. As every part of the design is handmade to order, please allow around 3 weeks for the delivery of your finished piece of keepsake jewellery (dependent upon the prompt return of the print kit).
If you require more than one print added to the design then I am happy to discuss this with you. Extra prints are charged at £5 each. Please contact me for more details.
