O.K, a Bird Skull could be described as macabre or creepy, but team it with Semi-Precious Gemstones and Champagne coloured Glass Pearls and it becomes Majestic and Beautiful.
The stunning gem "tooth" chips are Blue Goldstone which have a natural, subtle glitter to them. They remind me of the night sky. I have picked ones that graduate in length from 1.5cm to 2.5cm.
The Pearls pick up the colour in the gemstones and the whole thing is attached to textured, silver plated chain which fastens on the side so that the gorgeous "Swirl", hook and eye clasp is part of the design.
Mixing Respectable Classics and Darkly Gothic, this statement necklace is not for the faint hearted, worn with an evening gown and long gloves or your tattered old leather jacket, it just wont look out of place. Its got a foot in both camps, and can dress up or down depending on how the mood takes you.
