Having bought a couple of cake stands for my vintage china hire business, I started to find part-sets of plates that were so much prettier than ones I was seeing in the shops that I started making my own. I made a miniature one for a friend's birthday, made some homemade fudge to go on it, then gift wrapped it and it made a stunning present that has led to orders for more.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

You are welcome to collect any purchases from us. In these cases postage will be refunded. We will always do our best to describe items but feel free to contact us with any specific questions. The items will show signs of aging as they are chosen to be genuinely old. Where a piece is not genuinely vintage but has been painted and distressed to appear so, this will be made clear in the item’s description.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
