I have covered a 4" fascinator base with a blue Harris Tweed wool fabric. There are hand stitched millinery blossoms with glass pearls. I only have one of this item, so you will have a unique piece!
Hat fastens with a comb and thin hat elastic. You can request a different fastening at checkout, as it will be finished upon purchase.
