I love vintage children's books and collect them but, some i get the covers are missing and i thought a great thing would be decoupage these stunning vintage illustrations onto mirrors and furniture - to up-cycle them into beautiful unique and bespoke gifts.

Stunning decoupage Bunty for girls mirror - made with vintage original vintage illustrations from old Bunty annual.
this is a one of piece, no two pieces are the same, it features illustrations and text directly cut from a vintage Bunty for girls annuals and books, so lovely original illustrations.
the back is decoupaged.
A lovely gift for anyone who loves Bunty for girls
Size is approx 25.5 cm square wooden mirrow which is completely decoupaged by hand, the inner mirror is approx 9.5cm x 9.5cm. it is 1.3cm deep.
It has a mattvarnish over the top to protect this hand made item which is a beautiful piece with a real vintage look because of these old illustrations used.
A one off unique handmade piece great to have in your home.
Bunty was a comic British comics for girls published by D. C. Thomson & Co. from 1958, It consisted of a collection of many small strips, typically the stories themselves being three to five pages long. As well as the weekly comic, Christmas and summer annuals were published. These illustrations are cut directly from some of these.
