I have had this piece of fabric for a long while and came across some lovely photos of flowering Sakura cherry blossoms in Japan. The blossoming begins in Okinawa in January and ends in Kyoto during march. It is quite a spectacle, attracting many visitors and tourists!

Full description
This is a 14cm hat base. I have covered the base in oriental magenta and gold brocade satin and hand stitched contrasting vintage gold millinery blossoms and added glass pearls with a little lace.
Hat is fully lined and fastens with a thin hat elastic, to hide in your hairline behind the ears. You can position the hat to your left or right side, as you prefer. I can add a veil, send a message.
This item is hand made to order, taking around five days before shipping.
