You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

We are happy to accept any returns if items are found to be not suitable. In this case the buyer will receive a refund for the item cost but not the original postage and will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We will always do our best to make sure the item is perfect for you so please don't hesitate to request extra photos or details from us. Items damaged by Royal Mail during delivery are not covered by our refund policy as we will always adequately package items however items themselves found to be faulty will be fully refunded. As all our items are Vintage or made using Vintage items please bear in mind that there will be natural signs of age and imperfections. All of our fixings are high quality silver or gold plated. Please feel free to contact us to discuss custom orders if you have a specific item you would like made and time willing we will do our best to accommodate you.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
