Full description
A contemporary handmade heart brooch made from a wooden heart which I have painted with acrylic paint in an abstract design using blue, lilac, magenta and white, finished with a layer of matt varnish. The grain of the wood shows through the paint creating extra texture.
I have stitched a lovely vintage button to the front of the brooch for extra charm and added a brooch pin to the back. (Button may differ slightly to the photo as I use vintage and up-cycled buttons which can't be repeated).

length 2" (5cms)
Wear a little bit of art with this brooch or use to personalise a bag by pinning the brooch to the bag.
Ideal to give as a gift, the brooch will come in a little fabric gift bag.
