You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

My art is described in great detail: Colour combinations are stated in most listings, photographs are as accurate as possible. Variations are possible and colours may vary from one computer monitor to another. Returns are accepted if an artwork arrives damaged or in the case of accidental errors in my listing descriptions. I try to work with every customer to resolve any issues, but when no solutions may be available, my return policy is unconditional.. Please note: Returns must be sent out with tracking/delivery confirmation within 1 week of receipt. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s). Exchanges: You can exchange any artwork you receive as a gift or purchase a similar sized/valued artwork that is available in my shop, just e-mail me upon receiving and I will help you with the process.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
