You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

I mail ready-made items the next working day after payment has been received. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to be despatched - (personalized items might take longer).I will contact you when your order has been posted. Shipping prices are now based on Royal Mail 2nd Class, so please contact me should you require information on alternative posting methods and prices. I always obtain a certificate of posting for each order, and cannot take responsibility for loss or damage by the postal system.I will post internationally, but the responsibility of any customs charges/taxes lies with the buyer. All textile items are wrapped in tissue paper, and placed inside a polythene mailing bag for protection.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
