Full description
This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A brand new design and I am very pleased with it.
The clover is made from 2 types of green glass, different texture and colour
s which gives it movement. I have filled round the edge with a rather lovely clear iridescent glass and then framed it in white opal iridescent glass.
The leaves of the clover in brightest greens contrast beautifully with the iridescence
of all the surrounding glass which will shine in different shades of white, purple and green according to how it catches the light.
I have encircled the ring with twisted wire for strength and neatness and it hangs from a strong silvery chain attached at either side of the top.
It is 6 inches in diameter.
It looks lovely hanging in the window where it catches the light and would make a lovely ornament for any room.
This item is absolutely unique. I never make two pieces exactly the same, I always use slightly different colours and textures of glass.
