You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Returns We offer refunds on any bracelet ordered online if returned unworn within 7 days of receipt. You must cancel your order in writing and agree with us when and how you will return the goods before the end of the 7 day period. If you believe the goods are faulty, then you must explain this at this time. When contacting us please enter 'Return/Refund goods' in the email subject box. Please state your reason for return. We ask you to keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent out - by 'signed for' post. For overseas orders the delivery charge will not be refunded. Please enclose the dispatch note that accompanied your order together with the items within 7 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition. When sending your return, please obtain proof of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. On the rare occasion of receiving a faulty item, then please contact us asap so we can arrange a return and replacement or repair. This is done entirely free of charge. These bracelets are not intended for children. Care These bracelets are delicate and should be treated gently. Try not to twist them when wrapping round your wrist. Avoid contact with water and perfume.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
