I love asian henna designs so kept these in mind when drawing the background of the print on the cushion! The lion is beautiful and stands out on the cushion. I wanted to create a piece for the home that is different and unique, that will add interest and a touch of fantasy to a room :)

An unusual 10"x10" cushion cover.
This unusual cushion cover will add a quirky twist to any room :)
The cushion cover has a cream cotton back with an envelope fold opening. The front of the cover is a black poly-cotton blend with my design printed onto it.
The design, originally a photography print, is of a majestic lion wearing ornate Asian clothes with a hand drawn detailed background.
The artwork is printed onto the cushion cover using a new and special technique using 100% pure cotton sheets with a special backing that enabled me to use heat transfer to get them onto cushion. Not to be confused with paper transfers, this method uses hard-wearing pure cotton sheets that do not fade or crack or have a shiny finish. The cotton sheet is fused into the cushion cover however is slightly raised.
The cushions are washable at low temperatures.
