You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE: All items are described and depicted as accurately as possible, however some variations may occur and actual colours may differ slightly from those shown in photographs. Dimensions given are approximate. All items are made and stored in a smoke-free home. I accept payment by Paypal. Please note that it is not necessary to have a Paypal account as Paypal offers the facility to pay by debit/credit card instead. If payment is not received within 3 days of an order being placed, I will contact you by e-mail. I ship UK orders by Royal Mail first-class post within 1-2 days of receiving full payment. If there is likely to be a delay, I will notify you immediately and, if you prefer, you can cancel the order and I will refund all payments. Overseas orders will be shipped by standard airmail. Any customs restrictions or import duties are the buyer's responsibility. CANCELLATION: I want you to be completely happy with your purchase but should you choose to cancel your order or return an item for any reason, please notify me in writing or by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of the goods. RETURNS: Please return goods to me in a reasonable condition within 14 days of receipt. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility. I would advise that you retain proof of posting in case returned goods go missing in the post. DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS: All items are checked before being shipped, but should anything arrive damaged or faulty, please contact me immediately to arrange an exchange or full refund including return postage.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
