Description
I have covered a 10cm or 4" fascinator base with dark gold silk dupioni, which has a slight slubby texture. This is decorated with a spray of champagne veiling and a matching cute bow.
Fascinator fastens with a thin hat elastic, which goes behind your head and is easily hidden in the hair line.
