'Take a bough for you're a star now' mixed media assemblage diorama
Description
Starry-eyed assemblage/diorama with a real theatrical feel.
This mixed media piece is set within a 360mm wide x 260mm high x 77mm deep box, like the stage set from some surreal happening.
An enchanted cardboard forest is downstage, before a backdrop of a star chart, spangled with metallic ink, gems and charms. Hanging chains, beads and a bell add to the drama.
The main colours of this piece are blues and metallics.
The assemblage is strung to be wall hung, but is also chunky and sturdy enough to be free standing.
As all my pieces are one offs, and therefore unreplaceable, all items will be mailed first class recorded delivery, requiring a signature to ensure safe arrival.
All purchases will be carefully packaged to protect their fragile nature.
