Spring and Summer country house gardens provided the inspiration for this bridal hair piece. Fluttering butterflies adorning a mass of white country blooms set in luscious green foliage.
I chose to represent this in felt, wood and shell which fits perfectly with the current bridal fashions for button bouquets and a more natural outdoors aesthetic...
and I have to mention the close friends that married recently and handmade all of the decorations, bridal bouquet and button holes. Inspirational!

Full description
White and ivory felt fabric and mother of pearl flower butterfly hair comb using a combination of intricately cut green felt leaves, flowers and handsewn natural wood butterflies.
The flower buttons are pearly musssel shell and the flower centres mother of pearl which gives a lovely gentle irridescence.
This is all handsewn onto a white grosgrain ribbon base on a high quality clear plastic comb which will be concealed in your hair.
Perfect for romantic weddings... a small country garden for your hair!
