This poem is possibly my favourite poem from any writer – as a huge Poe fan I find the last verse in particular incredibly haunting.
One of the ultimate Gothic writers, Poe’s awe-inspiring work is renowned for its beauty and for his use of stark and vivid imagery. I think it is impossible to craft literary-themed necklaces without including Poe whom I admire on so many levels; I'm such a fan I even helped to design a "Nevermore" tattoo for my friend!

This beautiful hand-crafted necklace is inspired by a quote from Poe’s infamous Gothic poem “The Raven”. The quote nestles snugly in a silver-plated bezel cup, covered with a tiny glass dome. The pendant itself measures 15mm in diameter. The glass I have used is optical and as such it magnifies the miniature writing and creates a fascinating distortion effect when the pendant is viewed from different angles. I include with the pendant approx. 30 inches of black cord which can be adjusted.
This necklace is a must for any literary fan!
