This is a cheeky turq mini hat, cocktail fascinator.
The 10cm base is covered in black satin, featuring a loverly turqoise rose. I finished the rose with a large diamante`.
I've added an unusual turq mini veil to finish the look.
This cutie is a total head turner.
The underside is lined in leopard print, with a thin elastic and satin ribbon covered clear comb, for easy wearing and can be secured with kirby grips.
A fabulous finish for a stunning wedding outfit, or indeed, a trip to this years Chelsea, or races!!!
