Reclaimed upcycled coffee cards table
Description
Here are a few tables we have just completed. The tops of the tables are made of old buffing/ linishing wheels, which we salvaged from an old Sheffield factory.
Earlier in the previous century the 'Buffer Girls' of Sheffield will have been hard at work on these wheels, buffing up the cutlery that this city was once famous for!
Maybe, even relatives of mine and yours!
If you are interested in the buffer girls, of Sheffield, there is a lovely book called 'Diamonds in Brown Paper'.
The dimensions and the bases vary, the ones with the more interesting tops and bases will obviously cost a little more.
The average price is £150, amd no one table is the same!
