I saw the idea of using multiple strands of wool to create a merging rainbow colour effect in a blog post and just had to try it out immediately! What started as an impulsive little project quickly grew far beyond what I had planned and I ended up buying lots of new wool to complete it. So I decided that now is the time to try and sell some of my work, starting with this blanket, in the hope that I can earn back the money I spent making it!

Full description
Add a burst of colour to your home with this thick and chunky granny square blanket. It's a classic granny square with shell edging, made with four strands of yarn so it's very warm and would be great on a bed or as a throw. The piece weighs approx. 2.3kg (5lbs) and measures 1.5m (60 inches) squared.
I've used a lot of different yarns, some 100% wool, some acrylic and some blends but all are machine washable on a wool cycle.
Made in a pet and smoke free home.
