Full description
A rare mountain, hill breed from the Pennines. 35-38Mic 100mm average staple length. These sheep can be found on the hills very close to where I live and I have been lucky to work with some fleeces from Peaknaze farm although they tend to be very dirty due to the sheep be on the hills all year the cleaned fleece is very nice to work with.
All my fibres are hand dyed using acid dyes in my pet/smoke free studio - should there be some colour run off in the first wash this should not affect the colour of the fibres.
All photos are taken in natural light and whilst every effort is taken to ensure that the photographs accurately represent the colours of the fibres variances amongst colour monitors may mean that the colours appear slightly differently on your screen.
