Shipping
All orders are posted within 48 hours of receiving the payment. International orders are posted through the local postal service as Registered Mail. It takes 5 -10 working days to arrive. Every parcel is registered and comes with a tracking number. I am not responsible for any duty taxes you may incur.
Refunds and Exchanges
I guarantee the craftsmanship and quality of each of my products. Contact me within 5 days of receiving your order for any refunds. I will gladly refund the sale price (less shipping price) for items returned in their original packaging. Used or damaged items won’t be accepted. Return shipping fees will be at your own cost.
