One day in Carrickfergus, I spotted a new little wool shop which had opened in the courtyard (a gorgeous little refuge which you should definitely visit). The lady was very friendly and a little shy. Shy people are always endearing to me, so I wanted to make a purchase. After a little chat and very little persuasion, I bought this wool which is extremely beautiful to the touch and ideal for my latest collection of scarves. A vast difference to knitting with ultra fine wool, this 'Florence' cowl is definitely a must have. So special. I want one! xx
