Full description
Aran Aqua Turquoise, Hand Knitted and crocheted Handbag, with a crocheted shoulder strap, flap over front and single lucite button closure. The handbag has a wider style crocheted shoulder strap, securely sewn to the oval side panels.
This is a handmade handbag, made with thick Aran yarn which is varies in colour along its length, so when knitted gives this stripe pattern of blocks of colour and multicoloured mottled sections.
The edges of the handbag are crocheted together, incorporating gathered oval knitted side panels and the top edge of the handbag is also crocheted, allowing the inclusion of a button hole loop to secure the flap over frontage.
The handbag has been further fully lined with white 100% cotton to make this handbag more useable and durable.
This is a unique handmade item, fully hand knitted, crocheted and hand stitched by myself, to my own unique design.
This handbag can be hand washed with care, but I would suggest drying flat to retain its shape.
The handbag is roughly rectangular in shape, measuring approx 22cms in height, excluding the handle and the body of the handbag is approx 24cms in width at its widest point, the flap over front is a little wider, measuring approx 28cms in width along the bottom edge. The gathered oval side panels give an additional 6cms in depth when required.
The width of the shourt shoulder strap is approx 4cms in total.
