Full description
A small piece of orignal artwork - machine embroidery using vintage and other old scraps of colourful textiles - to make an inspirational little picture. I like to think of it as a little blessing of encouragement to your garden to grow lovely flowers....
The flower decoration is machine embroidery stitched, and is mounted on board, which has been covered with pages from an old book found at a flea market. The background is painted with acrylics, also using coloured inks and pens to write a short message.
Measures 15cm x 16cm and has a twisted hessian loop so can be hung straight onto your wall. Pretty back with handmade fabric label and spotted craft paper.
This is a perfect present for yourself or a friend - inexpensive, colourful and quirky, with a little piece of writing that will make you sigh!
