I love silk and patchwork. I enjoyed making a previous silk purse so I decided to make another! This time I decided to use gold and pink colours, but also include some patterned silk.
This purse will easily fit inside a bag and is roomy enough to home cosmetics or toiletries and because it is made of real silk is quite luxurious and elegant!
It has a white zip closure. The purse is interfaced to give it structure, and there is a pink quilted lining.
Measurements:
The purse measures 21cm wide (8.5ins) and 18.5cm (7.25ins) deep.
The base is 14.5cm (5.75ins) long and 6cm (2.5ins) wide.
All sizes are approximate.
