Blue Post Box Letter Rack

A lovely letter rack decoupaged with a collage of British postage stamps and the word 'POST' spelled out in vintage looking paper tiles. This rack has been painted with a vibrant blue which sets off the colours in the stamps beautifully.

The letter rack stands 16.5cm tall at it's highest point, is 23cm long and has an overall width of 12.5cm. The internal compartment in which to store one's correspondence measures a generous 7.5cm and the finish is that of high gloss created by the traditional use of layers of protective varnish.

Each of these letter racks has its own unique look since each real stamp is placed individually to create a one off collage of British stamps.

The vintage stamps of my old collection were crying out for preservation.The size and shape were dictated by the average amount of 'post build-up' necessary for me to take action and sort correspondance.
