A three strand necklace of Dalmatian Jasper,Tibetan silver beads and quails eggs.....
The quails eggs are carefully blown, cleaned, filled with plaster and capped.....I test each egg thoroughly after making to ensure strength...... the plaster makes them about as robust as a glass or ceramic bead, possibly more resistant to shock in fact (I have dropped one on a concrete floor as an experiment and it was undamaged, but this is not advisable, just to be on the safe side), and so I do not consider them to be fragile as such........They are quite stone-like in terms of solidity and weight
The length (measurement taken from the longest strand) is 66cm and each quails egg is between 3 and 4 cm.....
