Full description
This tangerine orange 100% recycled linen scarf /shawl is the perfect accessory for spring and summer. It is light and airy, yet provides you with that protection against the spring cold or a summer evening chill.
Flax is one of the oldest plants known to be made into fabric. Linen fabrics are very cool and absorbent, and the fibre is a lot stronger than cotton. Although crisp at first, with washing and drying (yes this garment can be thrown in the washing machine and dryer!) this will just become softer every time. The linen used here is spun from predominantly recycled content.
I've used a feather and fan lace pattern to make this scarf, using garter stitch to make this a reversible scarf. It is very long and can be worn as a scarf or as a shawl/wrap. Would match beautifully with a summer dress, or casually with a white T-shirt and jeans. It is a spring and summer must-have!
The measurements are 195 cm long and 30 cm wide. The last image shows the linen I have in stock, but more colours are available, just let me know what you are after! The same scarf is available ready to ship in a pale yellow.
