Full description
This cocktail hat in wool has been hand felted by me, in vivid blue, green and yellow shades,
for added glamour it also has some yellow sparkle thread added to catch the light.
The round base measures 5 inches across and is topped with a felt flourish in a lily shape and a green and blue feather.
The hat is lined and fastens with hat elastic (although some pins may be required to hold securely).
It is one size and will fit all, and it can be worn to either side or tipped to the front.
