Full description
A luxurious silk flower brooch in chartreuse green. Each petal is carefully hand-folded by my and assembled to create this delicate looking Japanese style flower brooch!
A large (4 inches diameter), 8 petal flower made of chartreuse green habotai silk
There are pale brown stamens in the middle and it is backed with gey felt and a gold coloured brooch back.
This flower can be made up in any of the colours listed in the fifth image, please mention when ordering which colour you would like, otherwise you will receive a green flower.
This flower will be made to order so please allow 1 week for it to be made before it is shipped. I can do rush orders quicker than that if you convo me first to check I have time available.
Please bear in mind that the colours you see on your screen may not exactly match the appearance of the kanzashi 'in the flesh', though I have tried to show them as accurately as possible!
Kanzashi are Japanese hair ornaments. Hana kanzashi means ‘flower kanzashi’ and simply refers to the flower shape of the hair accessories. Tsumami kanzashi means kanzashi that are made by pinching silk to form petals and is the Japanese traditional craft which inspires my own kanzashi.
