My inspiration came from the fact that this is a big year for Great Britain and I wanted to make something to mark the 2 special occasions we have. I decided to go with the flags because they bring a sense of pride and patriotism and have a special way of uniting a nation like nothing else.

This bear is made from 100% cotton fabric and stuffed with fibrefill that conforms to british safety standards. He is a large bear at 16" tall from his head to his feet. He is fitted with safety eyes and has a felt nose and a hand embroidered smile. The arms and legs are moveable and have co-ordinating buttons . He is for decorative purposes only and is NOT suitable to give to children to play with due to the fact his arms and legs are hand stitched on and the buttons could present a choking hazard. He is quite happy however to sit on a shelf or windowsill and watch. Choose from either Jubilee with his striking union jack design or Washington, a dashing young fellow in stars and stripes. These would make lovely gifts to commemorate the Queens diamond jubilee and the London olympics. Please specify which design you would like upon paying for your item at paypal.
