These pearls have a strange name, but I love the way they look. Together the bottle green and reddish brown pearls here create a kind of Cleopatra necklace which will sit nicely with a round neck top, and at 20 inches, be perfect for most sizes. Ten large green blister pearls (about an inch long) and nine smaller brown blister pearls make up the necklace.
Pearls always remind me of the sea so I associate them with holidays and relaxing. This piece could be worn day or evening, dressed up or dressed down. This is definitely a signature piece and a bit of a show stopper. People will ask you where you bought it – please tell them! And maybe you’ll also strike up a conversation with someone who becomes a friend. See – jewellery has lots of uses!
The necklace fastens with a toggle clasp.
The necklace comes gift wrapped as a perfect present or a pampering treat for you. I recommend you store it in a tarnish-resistant box or pouch, and give these pearls a polish with a dry cloth after you’ve worn them to maintain their shine.
