THis is a listing for the pattern only to complete this lovely linen mix summer top. It has been produced for three sizes and when made would become such a versatile addition to your Spring Summer wardrobe. It is knitted from either a double knit cotton, linen viscose mix yarn or from Rowan Panama yarn on 6mm knitting needles. This is a much larger needle than is normally used to give a relaxed drape to the finished garment and a loose knit effect.

It is a fairly straightforward pattern that would suit anyone with basic knowledge of knitting and crochet.

I wanted to create a relaxed and versatile piece that could be worn in a variety or ways, but would flatter most shapes. THe clever inverted pleat to the front and back of this top will ensure that the top nips in just under the bustline and above the waist and drape effortlessly giving a gentle silhouette. It can be layered and worn casually with cut off denims or a slip dress or more formally with a vest and linen trousers.
