Looking through my glass stash these 2 colours just seemed to fit together very nicely and I have decorated them with patterns I have developed from studying Indian fabric design details. I painted the flags with traditional glass paint and fired them in the kiln to bond with the glass. Next I put copper foil around the edge, soldered this and soldered metal loops to hang each flag. They were then strung on matching light Turquoise ribbon and evenly spaced with vintage wooden beads from a necklace from a charity shop.

Full description
Perfect summer bunting, wedding decoration or to decorate a feminine room. 8 dusky pink/mauve and aqua/clear swirl stained glass flags hand painted with kiln fired glass paint. Each flag is decorated with folk/gypsy style floral and leaf designs which were inspired by Indian fabric patterns.
The colours are light and fresh and the black pattern makes a lovely contrast. The flags are each 7 cm long and hung with turquoise organza ribbon (approx 2 metres) and the flags are spaced by vintage wooden beads in complimentary colours.
