This reminds of my Jamaican roots and the bangle that I used to have as a young girl, I wanted to recreate it and bring it up to date.

This silver bangle reminds me of when I was a little girl as I used to have a bangle that was very similar to this and for me it has an association with Jamaica.
The 5 mm thick round silver rod has been etched to give an organic finish and hand formed into a bangle shape. At either end of the bangle there are handmade smartie shape domes. Between the bangle and the domes some silver wire has been wrapped.
It is an adjustable bangle, the domes are roughly 2 cms in diameter and the total length of the bangle is 17 cms.
