A set of 5 acid etched doughnut shaped glass lampwork beads made from a base of white with a thick encased layer of trans amethyst effetre glass.
Beads have been acid etched to give a matte finish.
Wound on 2.4 mm mandrels.
Beads measures Approx 14mm by 8mm, they are handmade one at a time so slight variations in size may occur.

Annealed for strength and durability in a digitally controlled kiln then cleaned of any bead release residue.

I photograph the beads in good light, but please remember not all monitors display the same.
Lampwork beads are made from glass and although they have been properly annealed, mistreating them may lead to breakage, they are not toys and are not suitable for young children.
